"Sally", the juvenile mute swan
featured in many
of
my images, is not
just any ordinary swan.
She appeared
one day on our community lake
entangled in fishing line.
Two weeks after we removed the line,
she swallowed a fish hook. Four
hours and
$150 vet bill later, a hopefully
smarter
swan decided to winter with
us...
...hence the many great
"photo ops".
All of my wildlife photographs
are taken with a digital
camera. Then the images are
downloaded to a computer program.
Editing is next - I
can lighten or darken.
Or, I may choose to enhance an image;
perhaps to resemble a soft water
color,
an old tintype,
an abstract or create a collage.
Each print is a Limited Edition
(25) and individually signed.
